A file that was uploaded anonymously (that is not owned by any user) will be deleted no sooner than 7 days after the last time it was downloaded. And files with low activity unfortunately can be deleted.

HOSTING FILES FOR FREE
What about having a place where you can upload or download a file for free. Imagine you can do all that and not pay a penny for it. Your files will be stored forever as long as you are a member.
